Performance in Management & Technology

erpFinance Pro+ Inventory helps reduce inventory levels by integrating your needs into the whole process of inventory management.

In order to control the investment that your inventory represents, you have to know precisely the quantities on hand and the value of your inventory. That is the only way that you can keep stock levels to a minimum without running out completely - a situation which will cost you heavily in terms of production and customer satisfaction. The Finance Pro+ Inventory module lets you keep track of an unlimited number of warehouses and SKUs.

Completely integrated with Invoicing, Purchasing and Production, it keeps you abreast of all of the information needed to manage your inventory effectively. At any time, you can access the quantity on hand that is already reserved for customers, on back order, in production, and on-order with the supplier.

You can file this information by batch or by specific product. One touch gives you the list of customers for whom the items are reserved, the production orders or the orders placed with suppliers. All reports and queries can be carried out by product code, by supplier, supplier reference, category and description.

The inventory value can be based on average cost, last cost, FIFO, LIFO and manual cost. It can even keep track of out-of-date products. The system keeps a purchasing history to help you check your purchases. The inventory ageing report keeps you up to date on stock rotation.

And a cardex which tracks inventory movement by item lets you know just how precise your standing inventory is. There is also a stock-taking feature to make the actual physical inventory count easier.
